Description Roger Oates Design has taken runners and rugs and revived them to become highly desirable flooring products, now coveted and used the world over by top interior designers.   The signature stripe look is available in three different qualities ensuring that there is something available for everyone’s taste, contemporary or classic. Venetian Flatweaves have a smooth woven texture and natural suppleness.  This special quality means that in the majority of cases the stripes can be aligned on a three step turn providing a much sought after look.  The velvet Wiltons offer a combination of cut and loop pile soft to the touch providing that extra luxury underfoot. All of the Flatweave and Wilton runners are woven at a narrow width making them ideal for stairs.  Selected bordered designs have a coordinating body that can be joined to create wall to wall floor coverings unifying stairs, halls and landings.  When joined and bound with a choice of linen tapes the narrow width runners make eye-catching and highly individual rugs. For the client who wants something exclusive, Roger Oates Design offers a bespoke service.  The Wilton and flatweave runners can be woven with the customer’s own personal design or colour input to create something completely unique. Tapis d’Avignon is a contemporary rug range made from a heavily felted brushed 100% wool available in an exciting array of colours.  The geometric modular designs of stripes, squares and rectangles are joined and edged with a decorative blanket stitch detail which can contrast or subtly blend with the ground colour.
