Poliform dates back to 1942, when it was a small artisan’s shop in the Brianza region of Northern Italy, Poliform is today a global company with an internationally recognized brand name and over 1,000 points of sale worldwide. Right from the start Poliform made no secret of its industrial ethos: its aim has been to exploit the full potential of automated production line methods, constantly monitoring change in an increasingly more global market.

Over the years, while always respecting the company’s philosophy and mission statement ”In pursuit of Excellence”, Poliform collections have continually anticipated and interpreted trends in living.
The Poliform brand is today synonymous with luxury life style and excellence in quality. Poliform numerous lines include systems and furnishings for the whole house: bookcases, storage solutions, wardrobes and beds. In 1996, the company added kitchens to its collection through the acquisition of the Varenna brand, in existence since 1953. In 2006 the company launched its first collection of padded articles.

One of the most important elements of the company’s success and continuous growth has stemmed from the association with many prestigious designers and architects of international recognition such as Marcel Wanders, Carlo Colombo, Vincent Van Duysen, Paolo Piva, Paola Navone, Studio Kairos, Robert Barbieri and Robert Lazzeroni, just to name a few.

Over the course of the last 10 years, Poliform has been heavily involved with large, high visibility residential and commercial projects, including work of the highest standard for London's West End Quay, the AOL Time Warner Center in New York, and the Presidential Chambers of the Clinton Library in Little Rock or the Palmolive Building in Chicago, thus becoming a strong presence in the International Contract field.

The Poliform collection is set out as a wide diversified choice and includes systems and furnishing accessories for the whole house: bookcases, containers, wardrobes, beds, kitchens and padded items.
