• What is Made In Design up-dating frequency ?
In order to give you still more ideas and to let you discover even more objects, Made In Design is regularly updated.
Every week, you will find our new selection : « gift ideas », « les + », and « our favorite ». Our magazine develops
every weeks too with new portraits of marks and designers and articles to make you discover the current events
and the novelties of the design. If you wish to see again an article that is nolonger on line, whichever it is, we will
send it to you by e-mail. Just send us a message.

• Will we always find the same marks and designers on your web site ?
You will find all the ones who are present today to whom many others will add. If it is important for us to develop
 a real partnership with all the marks we have on our site, we also wish to keep being open. Our will is to give the
young designers a considerable place. Your suggestions are welcome ;-)

• Why did you come to sell only french and Italian products ?
N France and especially Italy can't be ignored. These two countries are references as far as design is concerned.
But, more than nationalities, creations guide us in our choices. They have to be different, beautiful, clever and even
daring. Criterions that lots designers of many different nationalities express in their work. Soon, Europe and the
whole world will be represented in our shop. Only one watchword : the Made In Design spirit.

• How can I find an object which was in the catalogue few days ago and which is no longer today ?
This can happen for different reasons : in order to give you a still greater choice, we regularly update our catalogue
depending on the seasons and the novelties. On the other hand, some of the products become momentarily
unavailable because of their great success. Nevertheless, you can still find them by clicking on the button «
Find a product out of catalogue » that you will find on the different pages of the shop. From that point, the
 objects out of catalogue are listed with their availability period. You can order them with the usual procedure.

• How can I offer a Made In Design present ?
If you wish to send directly a gift to the person of your choice, Made In Design will see to everything.
When you order, you only need to specify that you want to offer it and the delivery adress. In the following days,
the lucky addressee will receive a wonderful gift-wrapped parcel with your personal message on a little card.

• To whom can I refer my complaints ?
Made In Design has got a customer service by e-mail. If you have a complaint to refer about a product
