Operating from an industrial estate in Wigan, Lancashire, Lucy Willow Limited took on a combined retail and warehouse premises whilst maintaining a warehouse facility in a small village in the heart of Gloucestershire.

Their increasingly popular European furniture styles meant steady expansion without losing sight of their core values and principles of unparalleled levels of service and customer satisfaction.

Frustrated with the lack of product care, customer communication and promptness shown by delivery companies, in October 2007 they embarked on providing their own delivery team. This has contributed significantly to providing a personal and experienced delivery service team that continues to receive positive feedbck from their customers.
