Games Room Company

We offer a full service and repair service for all of our products (warrantied products are attended free of charge). Our standard call out charge is £ 95.00. We do not offer a service or repair for products that have not been sold by The Games Room Company, unless by special arrangement.

We carry an extensive inventory of spare parts and are able to source rare parts for vintage products. Our long history which dates back to 1964 uniquely qualifies us to repair vintage and contempory products to a peerless standard of quality.

The Games Room Company's workshops in Chertsey are fully equiped with on-site engineers who carry on our tradition of craftmanship dating back nearly half a century. Many of the vintage restorations are carried out in-house by one of our three specialist departments.

Our music department restores and repairs all jukeboxes from 1950's to contempory models. We have two specialist music installation teams who plan, design and install bespoke music solutions for your games room or home. We have also expanded our service to install LCD screens, projector screens, and complete home entertainment systems. Please email or call us for a free audio visual consultation.

Our table games department (incorporating pool and snooker, table football, and bar billards) have a woodshop for table restorations and re-cover slates and cushions at our workshop in Blacksmiths Lane. They offer an on-site repair and cloth recovery service for all of our products. We can re-cover any billiard or pool table in a variety of cloth colours and designs. Finally our video, pinball, and slot machines are repaired and serviced in a separate workshop in London Street.
