We provide comprehensive marquee hire service, we are capable of taking ownership of an entire project, taking the stress and responsibility out of your hands. With thousands of marquee events under our belt, there are very few situations we have not yet confronted – and conquered! However you may want to use your own suppliers for certain aspects, in which case we will quite happily liaise with them throughout.
We are reliable, creative, and consistent in our delivery to very high standards. So much so that annually an average of 75% of our business is repeat events or by referral. Clients include global plcs, politicians, sports personalities, celebrities, top flight event organizers and caterers, prestigious venues, and of course every day private individuals!
Complete Events has its roots back in the 70s when the two founders, Richard Abbott and Mark Hutchison were at the same school. Richard, an agricultural economics graduate of Edinburgh University, has run more than one successful business before starting Complete Events with Mark. Mark obtained a business studies degree before working for two major PLCs then co-founding Complete Events.
The Company..
The business was established following the success of a single advert in Yellow Pages for marquee hire. Complete Events evolved as a result of customer demand into a fully-fledged marquee hire and events support company with specialised expertise in the technical side.
We have now accumulated thousands of major events under our belt and have long since graduated to servicing large events and spectaculars, many of them filmed on television and involving household names.
Complete Events supplied the marquees used in the film 'Four Weddings and a Funeral' and we have conquered the biggest of challenges, such as Microsoft UK's millennium party in which 65 truck loads of equipment were needed!

We go into great detail when planning an event and regard our clients as our partners both in business and in the business of having fun! Some of them use us purely for the hire of a marquee while others want to hand over entire projects. We are simply happy to service as much or as little of your event as you need.
We work closely to budget and always deliver on time, and if your budget is not quite enough for requirements we can suggest alternatives which bring the two into alignment once more.
